Linen change and cleaning during the stay : 15 Euro per person, minimum 50 Euro
Baby cot (free)
Baby sitter (10 Euro per hour)
Cellular phone rental: 3 Euro per day + telephone bill, national calls are inexpensive and there is no charge for incoming calls.

Cancellatio Policy
The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates
Otherwise:
• If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
• If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
